Use the Safety Blow Gun for drying brakes after cleaning. It saves time and money during brake “clean and inspect” jobs. Technicians can quickly dry the backing plate and shoes before applying lubrication.

Steel Hydraulic Lift System

The LPCT8 Brake Washer has a heavy duty hydraulic lift system to allow for high profile work on cars as well as low profile work on trucks, buses and off road vehicles. The large platform is stable and won’t tip over as the unit is moved about the shop. The casters easily roll over floor grates and rough shop floors. (see pictures above)

Cleaning Tools

The Injector Nozzle lets the technician saturate the brakes with B.K.1 Brake Parts Cleaner before removing the drum. This eliminates airborne brake dust. The Flo-Thru Brush’s long bristles allow technicians to thoroughly loosen and scrub dirt away. The brush tip dispenses a high flow of low-pressure B.K.1 Brake Parts Cleaner.

Dual Filtration System

A unique dual filtration system has been designed to provide ultra filtration for enhanced B.K.1 parts cleaner life. The first stage is made from 100 micron polyester to trap course materials. The second stage is made from 50 micron polypropylene. This provides a polishing action to remove hydrocarbons. The dual filtration system then maintains clean solution longer.
